Ellen DeGeneres talks rumored lesbian couple in 'Finding Dory'

The success of Finding Nemo, about a clown fish, Nemo, and Dory, a regal blue tang with short-term memory loss, 13 years ago opened the door for Pixar to develop Finding Dory. You have now viewed your allowance of free articles. But the film also addresses such serious themes as what it means to be a family. As little Dory is separated from her parents, her predicament takes on a lot more weight.

Then there are the mysteries of the ocean, the cutting-edge animation and incredible artistry.

So, while I'm not thrilled about Pixar's increasing reliance on sequels, I couldn't get too upset about the idea of spending more time with this fishy friend in "Finding Dory". I have ranked all 16 Pixar films from worst to first. It will take most people a second to realize they're watching animation.

Chrisspy explains how Finding Nemo is one of her favorite Disney Pixar films, and being a big fan of Ellen, she made a decision to do the Dory makeup tutorial to honor Finding Dory and attempt to get Ellen to notice her.

Talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres is the voice of Dory. Disney - which owns Pixar - has a new deal with Netflix to stream content fro the vaults and that includes Pixar movies. Movie Finding Dory is also released in IMAX 3D theaters. The bulk of the movie is at an aquarium called the Marine Life Institute, where Dory, Nemo, and Marlin encounter not just a ton of new marine life but human life as well.

But as Dory always says, "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming." in that sing-song delivery by DeGeneres, which is an infectious way of telling us all: Life puts challenges in our way, but don't give up - swim.

The new characters, including Dory's whale friend from her childhood, a beluga whale who hasn't discovered his true powers yet, two sea lions with thick Aussie accents and a Becky with the weird hair promise more than a few bouts of hearty laughter.

A somewhat demure beginning with less imagination really comes alive at this point.

Stanton and co-writers Victoria Strouse and Bob Peterson mirror the events of the first movie in a way that doesn't feel like a straight rehash, populating the narrative with fun supporting characters and no end of surprises - including the delightful casting of The Wire arch-enemies -Idris Elba and Dominic West as best pals. But she finds help in the form of Hank (Ed O'Neill), a seven-legged octopus with a penchant for escape.

He's an Emmy Award-winning actor with impeccable comedic timing, and outside of his role of Phil Dunphy in hit sit-com Modern Family Ty Burrell has been in high demand as a voice actor.

For fans of "The Wire", it's almost worth the price of admission just for the reunion of Idris Elba (Stringer Bell) and Dominic West (Jimmy McNulty) as sea lions Fluke and Rudder.
