As of Sunday evening, officials said the fire had spread across 536 acres and prompted close to 2,000 evacuations.
Both of the campers are from Alabama and were charged with 4th Degree Arson, a class four felony.
'The men face a felony arson charge because lives were endangered as a result of the fire, ' according to police spokesman Cmdr.
