Sunday: Another warm yet comfortable day to end the weekend.
We have a chance of seeing more scattered showers and thunderstorms today with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Its position west of New England today will bring a slight west-northwest component to the wind, which will keep the humidity and heat in check. Humidity remains tolerable and allows temperatures to drop back into the lower 60s later tonight. Temperatures will approach the lower 90s on Thursday and Friday with the chance for afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, hot and humid.
The heat dome will return next week and temperatures will jump to the mid to upper 90s under partly cloudy skies with storms possible in the panhandle.
Saturday will be increasingly dry and increasingly sunny. As the high slips to our south and east, a return flow of warm and humid air will ensue. It should be comfortably warm, bright summer day. Highs in the mid 80s.
Friday, slight storm chance and highs in the low 90s.
