India's dream of splitting Pakistan into several geographical entities is "nothing but a fallacy", Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan said today, terming it as "dream of a madman" which will never be realised.

"We try our best that our neighbours live in peace with us".

"We understand the reality that Pakistan is our neighbour and that friends may change in life, but not the neighbours, " Singh said.

He said Indian government's policies have build a wall of hatred in the whole country.

Referring to the presence of all the heads of neighbouring countries on the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi government, Singh said,"We have invited Nawaz Sharif not only for shaking hands but to have unity of hearts". We have not been able to forget that. Every Prime Minister of India wanted to mend relations with Pakistan but it did not understand the language of peace and attacked India four times. "Terrorism is the weapon of the weak and not the courageous", he said.

He said after Gurdaspur and Pathankot terror attacks, Pakistan had stated it wanted to cooperate and sent a team to India.

He also said Modi, "breaking all the protocols", went to attend a function in Sharif's family while returning from Afghanistan. He also offered India's cooperation to Pakistan to help eradicate the menace of terrorism from its soil. "We can not change our neighbors". "Pakistan should understand that terrorism is not the weapon of the fearless but of cowards", Singh said. Terrorists attacked Indian troops in Uri in a cowardly manner, but the latter also carried out surgical strikes across the LoC and gave a message that they were capable of killing them (terrorists) there (Pakistan occupied Kashmir) as well, Singh added. "If India says this why Pakistan is not saying the same", Singh said. They were also told that the Indian leaders both inside and outside the parliament have promised plebiscite in the state of J&K to allow the people to decide about their future but they have not kept their promise and for the last 70 years they have adopted all repressive measures to deprive the people to exercise their right of self-determination.
