MICROSOFTNew Xbox One X Black Friday deals are now live

Retailers from all around the world have gotten in on the savings thing a full week early this year and the United Kingdom has already seen massive discounts on a variety of Xbox One S bundles.

But stock is selling out fast, especially at John Lewis, where all but two Nintendo Switch gaming offers are still available. Xbox One S consoles are sold with one digital game. When it was announced that Dark Souls will be coming to Xbox One Backwards Compatibility, people hoped that the support for a better hardware might improve its frame rate, which was true to some extent but still the performance was not exactly improved as one might hope. Some video games are available for only $12. It's worth remembering too that the Xbox One S plays Ultra HD Blu-rays, so is the cheapest way to get a decent 4K Blu-ray player if you're in the market for one. These start from £199.99.

Black Friday Dealer deal analysts help shoppers find the best deals by comparing Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts from the big retailers. This latest batch includes the likes of Wolfenstein 2, Forza Motorsport 7 and Resident Evil 7, alongside Overwatch GOTY Edition for under £28. The Black Friday deal of Xbox Store ends on November 27.

As a still-new console, discounts were not expected on the device for Black Friday. You can also buy the excellent Platinum Wireless Headset for £99.99 or the wireless stereo headset for £49.99.

Deal comparison website Black Friday Dealer have been tracking the best Nintendo Switch and 3DS Black Friday deals. Minecraft is the worst deal as it's a game you can pick up fairly cheaply - but they're all still bargains.

If you're not keen on those deals, Sony is also releasing a whole set of deals with select retailers to give you some delicious discounts on games and accessories.

There are also a number of Xbox One S bundles that will throw in a game with the purchase of the console.

Shifting focus over to games, a year ago boasted the likes of Dark Souls 3 for £17, Doom for £14, Bioshock The Collection for £24, The Division for £15 and The Witcher for £12.50.

Though you're likely more concerned with what's under the hood when it comes to your consoles, both the Xbox One S boast design improvements over the original Xbox One. If you've been sitting on the sidelines of this particular mid-generation console race, now might be a good time to jump in. Let's know all the deals which we have to gift or buy it for our own.
