Simpson had been frequenting bars at the hotel since his release from prison. Simpson, 70, reportedly got drunk and was being disruptive to other Cosmopolitan Hotel guests at the Clique bar.

The news of his drunken behavior comes just five weeks after he was released from the Lovelock Correctional Center following his nine-year prison sentence. He was booted from his Las Vegas hotel after allegedly causing a scene.

"We're told Simpson was angry at hotel staff and glasses broke at the bar", TMZ reported, adding, "Security showed up and removed Simpson from the hotel".

His attorney says Simpson did nothing wrong. We're told Simpson was nice to responding security guards.

Malcolm LaVergne, who is legally representing Simpson, said his client received a trespass notice from the hotel on Wednesday, but denied that Simpson was belligerent or under the influence of alcohol while on the property.

Simpson was found guilty of 12 charges including conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery, assault and kidnapping with a deadly weapon, CNN reports.

Simpson is back in trouble in Las Vegas.

Laying low isn't really in Simpson's nature.

Ron Goldman's family sued Simpson in civil court for wrongful death and won a $33,500,000 settlement, most of which they have been unable to collect.
