Soggy, cool day ahead; sunshine returns late-week

Temperatures will drop to the upper 40s and low 50s by Wednesday morning, with cloudy skies and light rain for the morning commute. Skies will be cloudy, but the rain chance Wednesday morning is less than 20%. Sunday was another cool day, but we'll warm up as we head into Monday, thanks to a warm front that'll move northward. This will allow temperatures to warm into the mid and upper 70's by Monday with a mix of sun and clouds.

Clouds and showers will move out on Thursday with highs near 60.

The weather system will continue to bring showers Thursday night into Friday. A few snow showers are possible late Saturday night into Sunday morning. High temperatures again today in the mid 40s. Highs will be in the low to mid-60s.

Today: Mostly Cloudy, PM Rain (70%), Cooler.

Tonight: Mostly Cloudy, Rain (70%). The biggest story though will be the colder air the wants to settle in to Central PA. Highs will only be in the 40s for Friday and Saturday, with Saturday morning projected to start in the 20s for many backyards! Skies will be mostly sunny. Most of that rain will remain south of the area, but the northern fringes of the wet weather could clip far southern Pennsylvania up to perhaps Philadelphia and then into southern New Jersey, where the best chance for showers will be each of the next three days.

In fact, Monday's early temperatures are about as warm as it's going to be all week.
