Sleyon and Rosalind Guttman met on Words With Friends over a year ago. "Today I got to go to Florida and meet her in person", he wrote.
The trip was arranged by Amy Butler, a pastor at a church in Manhattan.
Words With Friends also called the story "amazing" on Twitter.
Being touched by their story, Rev. Butler flew with Sleyon to Guttman's retirement home, where the sweet reunion took place.
