TV personality and hotel heiress Paris Hilton and actor Chris Zylka have become engaged.

The pair reportedly got engaged in Aspen on New Year's Eve, with Zylka popping the question on the slopes.

Paris Hilton celebrated the start of 2018 in a big way: by announcing that she's officially engaged.

"Paris at one point in time told Chris she really loved her mother's pear-shaped diamond, and when Chris came to me that was his request", Diamond expert and celebrity jeweler Michael Greene told People magazine on Tuesday. My best friend & soul mate... "He is ideal for me in every way and showed me that fairytales really do exist!" "I have never in my life met a man so loyal, dedicated, and loving". She said, "I have never felt so happy, safe and loved".

Regarding Zylka's proposal, she added, "I was so excited and surprised".

But while the shots of the duo are pretty darn sweet, it's that massive sparkler-which takes up about half of Hilton's finger-that steals the show. "He's a smart guy, and hangs out a lot with the family, and I think she realized how much she liked her mom's ring". She wrote that, "Never in a million years did I think I would find someone so completely flawless for me".

"I said Yas!" she wrote on social media along with photos of their engagement.

He said: "Paris is the most lovely and incredible woman both inside and out". Hilton made the relationship Instagram-official in February with a series of Valentine's Day tweets featuring "The Leftovers" star. She said, "Ever since our first date I knew there was something special about him". "I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together".
