His body was found in an orchard in Bonmohalla Hajin, The Greater Kashmir reported.

To instil fear in the locals, Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists beheaded a 24-year-old man in South Kashmir's Bandipore district.

Manzoor Ahmed Bhat was abducted along with his father Abdul Gaffar Bhat after militants stormed their house in Hajin area on the intervening night of April 4 and 5.

The police also said that the gunmen had after barging into Butt's home beaten up the inmates before dragging the father-son duo and taking them along.

Parrey, a resident of Hajin, had joined the LeT ranks past year.
