With Chelsea's hopes of Champions League qualification having seemed all but over after defeat to Tottenham and a draw with struggling West Ham in early April, four consecutive wins have reignited the race for a top-four finish.

With only two points separating them from Tottenham, a win in this match will draw them level with Liverpool ahead of their final match at Newcastle.

The Egyptian is still chasing the 38-game, single season Premier League record of 32 goals - he has 31 - and was booked for diving on a frustrating afternoon against his former club.

Asked if Wednesday night's penultimate game of the Premier League season could be his last as Blues boss at Stamford Bridge, Conte smiled.

After five matches - including an emotionally-draining two-legged Champions League final - in 17 days Klopp at least has a full week to prepare for such a crucial fixture. We spent a lot of mental and physical effort. "Tonight I think we've seen everything that counts for us: desire, passion, attitude and togetherness".

"It's nearly like: 'You score four, we'll score five.' That's the way we've been playing".

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admits he would be interested in signing Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele, if the 20-year-old Frenchman became available. "For me it was a challenge whatever Chelsea had to play for but it's another chance and another opportunity".

While Alex Pritchard came close to producing the flawless smash-and-grab result for the Terriers, they were made to withstand concerted pressure in the final 10 minutes but came away deserving of their hard-fought point.

Currently in fifth place, Chelsea's attempt to salvage a troubled season by finishing in the top four is now out of their hands heading into the final game of the season at Newcastle this weekend.

"Chelsea has to win as well. We'll go back by coach". Alvaro Morata then managed to round goalkeeper Jonas Lossl but took the ball to a tight angle and couldn't force it home.

Klopp also condemned Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah for a dive that earned him a booking.
