"Be it Gujarat or Karnataka polls, I fail to understand why Congress involves Pakistan", he claimed. They can not form government. No one can save Congress now.

"On May 15, let Congress make any excuses they want.People will punish them for their sins of five years (in Karnataka)", he said. The counting of the votes will take place on April 15.

The prime minister also mocked Congress president Rahul Gandhi over his assertion that his party would not allow thieves to get elected despite PM Modi's efforts. "It is a deal party".

The series of rallies by PM Modi comes a day after he made a sharp attack on the Congress party, saying it will become "Punjab, Puducherry, Parivar" Congress after its defeat in the Karnataka Assembly polls.

He accused the Congress of "auctioning" party tickets and posts, and recalled how a string of scams rocked the erstwhile UPA government.
