Microsoft teased a new Halo game called Halo Infinite, "powered by the SlipSpace engine".

It's also about time that 343 Industries unveiled the next Halo game. These include games such as Doom Eternal, Fallout 76, The Elder Scrolls 6, Halo Infinite, and Gears of War 5. While a bunch of exciting games were announced during the conference, it's clear that Microsoft is preparing for a brighter future beyond the Xbox One.

The footage seen in the trailer is from an engine demo, and the game is still far from completion.

It is hard to deny the success of the PS4 and Sony, especially when compared to Microsoft and their Xbox One. He boasted that the company's E3 lineup is its "most diverse gaming portfolio in every measure". If we had to guess, Microsoft could be working on an Xbox dedicated to streaming alongside and a proper "next generation" Xbox that is more powerful than the Xbox One X.

"We believe these teams have the collective creative power and operational excellence to deliver the next industry game changers".

343 added that waiting for a new Halo game can be difficult-indeed, it has been nearly three years since Halo 5 was released in 2015.

Last but by no means least, we got confirmation of a new Battletoads gaming coming in 2019 and two dollops of Sea of Thieves DLC on the way later this year.

The Xbox exec continued by announcing that Microsoft's hardware team is deep on architecting the next Xbox Console.

"We will join Master Chief on his greatest adventure yet to save humanity", said Xbox chief Phil Spencer following the trailer. It was a phenomenal year for single player games on those consoles and that is only naming a select few of those titles.
