The "Changes" rapper was murdered half an hour after exiting a motorcycle shop in Deerfield Beach, Fla., on June 18. No cameras or phones are permitted.

This fan memorial, planned for the arena at 1 Panther Parkway [Northwest 136 Avenue] across from the Sawgrass Mills Mall, is just the latest in a series of scheduled and spontaneous memorials for the Parkland resident who grew up in Plantation. It also details that no cell phones will be allowed at the memorial and that those found in possession of phones will be turned away.

"Homicide detectives are seeking additional suspects", the sheriff's office said Thursday. Williams wore "bright orange sandals" during the time of the incident; authorities were able to identify him on his Instagram account after he was pictured wearing the same shoes. When X tried to leave the shop, the two assailants blocked his vechile with their SUV driven by Williams.

According to police documents, there were two men who came out of the passenger side of an SUV armed with guns and demanded property from X. According to TMZ, the documents say there was a "brief struggle" before X was shot multiple times.

Since then Dedrick Devonshay Williams, 22, has been arrested on suspicion of murder in South Florida, the other assassin is yet to be caught. Williams is also charged with violating his probation on a previous charge of grand theft and driving without a valid license. Police have an arrest warrant for 2 more suspect in X's murder.

Dedrick Williams is expected to appear in criminal court on Monday (June 25).
