The soccer superstar might join Juventus from Real Madrid this summer in a transfer worth around €100 million (£88.3 million/$116.5 million), according to Spanish journalist Josep Pedrerol, who reported Tuesday on "Jugones" the blockbuster transfer rumor is nearly a done deal.

Juventus did not reply to a request for comment on Tuesday night.

Recent reports have suggested that Real have made a €272 million (R4.3 billion) bid for the 19-year-old France global, but according to Los Blancos, those rumours are not true.

ESPN Deportes' Paola Nunez reported that the "Jugones" story means that Real Madrid are at least considering the possibility of negotiations with Juventus.

A deal worth €30m-a-year for four seasons was tabled by Agnelli to Ronaldo - a clear €5m-a-year more than what Real have offered.

"Real Madrid has not made any offer to PSG or the player and condemns the spreading of this type of information that has not been proven by the parties concerned". According to Tuttosport and AS, Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes is laying the groundwork for a shock transfer that will see the player ditch Madrid for Turin.

Following Real Madrid's win over Liverpool in the Champions League final, the Portuguese star added doubts to his future. Other top European clubs like Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are also expected to be lurking as a result of Madrid's new-found willingness to sell their superstar.

When the transfer rumours escalated again in January, sources close to United said at that time they doubted any claims that Ronaldo really wants to leave Real Madrid - and that he was merely trying to force a better deal out of his current club.
