Angelina Jolie Claims Brad Pitt Has Paid No Child Support

Pitt and Angelina, who filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016, are still fighting over custody of their children.

"Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Pitt] for over a year and a half, [Jolie] intends to file an RFO for the establishment of a retroactive child support order", the filing continues.

"[Pitt] has a statutory duty to pay child support".

Sources close to Brad Pitt are refuting the reports that he has not paid child support to his estranged wife Angelina Jolie.

But a source with knowledge of the case has claimed the court filing by the 43-year-old "Maleficent" actress was done in order to get their marriage "dissolved" quickly.

A source close to the star tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Brad has done everything to fulfill his obligations to his kids, but that Angie keeps changing the rules.

The arrangement for child support was allegedly informal, per the TMZ report, but Jolie claims that Pitt has not even lived up to those informal expectations. The actor was later cleared of all charges, while Jolie still retains full custody of their children.

The actress, 43, is shooting the sequel to Maleficent in London, while the actor, 54, is filming Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in L.A. Pitt has also spent time with at least five of his six children in the United Kingdom, after a judge ruled "not having a relationship with their father is harmful". Their eldest son Maddox was adopted from Cambodia in 2002.

"It's just been the hardest time, and we're just kind of coming up for air", she told the magazine, shortly after moving into a $25 million, six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home with her children in the Los Angeles neighborhood Los Feliz.

Pitt was later provided with cell phone numbers for each child, in order to text and call them without Jolie's supervision.

Angelina Jolie's rep has been contacted for comment.

The "Moneyball" actor said in an interview past year that he had quit drinking, was undergoing therapy and that he and Jolie had made a decision to abandon "vitriolic hatred" and work together to sort out their issues.
