There are three hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean.
Hurricane Helene is moving west-northwest over the eastern Atlantic and is strengthening quickly over the tropical Atlantic. Afterward, a track through the Caribbean is forecast, though unfavorable conditions may start to weaken the storm.
The Ministry said the Emergency Broadcast station on 100.1fm is in operation, and official information will continue to be released by the Bermuda Weather Service, the Emergency Measures Organisation, the Ministry of National Security and the Department of Communications.
As of early Monday, the storm was getting stronger, with maximum sustained winds of 105 miles per hour.
"We do not want to risk one SC life in this hurricane".
Hurricane Isaac is about 1,200 miles east of the Windward Islands.
The US-based National Hurricane Centre said: Florence is forecast to rapidly strengthen to a major hurricane by Monday, and is expected to remain an extremely unsafe major hurricane through Thursday.
The governors of North and SC and Virginia declared states of emergency far ahead of the approaching storm.

North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper's office said Florence is already being felt along the state's coast, with large sea swells resulting in life-threatening rip currents and surf. "The threat will be inland, so I'm afraid, based on my experience at FEMA, that the public is probably not as prepared as everybody would like", said Craig Fugate, former director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
It said that maximum sustained winds are near 75 miles per hour with higher gusts and that additional strengthening is expected over the next day or two. "Whether it is a tropical storm, a tropical storm watch, or a hurricane watch or a hurricane warning, we must treat all of them the same way". However, the entire east coast is warned to be on high alert in case the storm's path further shifts, and of course, the impacts will expand far beyond the storm's initial landfall.
Hurricane force winds extend outward up to 15 miles.
U.S. President Donald Trump, whose administration was harshly criticized as being slow to respond to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, cancelled a political rally planned for Friday in Jackson, Mississippi, over safety concerns related to Florence, his campaign said.
But the season is just now peaking, and Hurricanes Florence, Isaac, and Helene are a stark reminder that we are not out of the woods yet. "I don't know where to go from here", she said.
In South Carolina, McMaster ordered the state's entire coastline evacuated starting at noon Tuesday.
