Regardless, the huge surge in early voting by younger voters is likely to benefit Democratic candidates and may encourage more to the polls as election day, November 6, nears closer.

These problems and more have surfaced during early voting ahead of Tuesday's midterm elections.

What's unclear is whether the increased turnout of early voting is representative of an increased turnout overall from 2014 or whether voters who voted in 2014 are just choosing to vote earlier. During the 2014 midterm election, 791,000 total early votes were cast. There are several early voting sites across Chicago, suburban Cook County and the area's suburban counties.

Locations to vote in Wylie are First Baptist Church, 100 N. First Street; Smith Library, 300 Country Club Road; and Southfork Mobile Home Park, 216 Southfork Blvd.

"It is fantastic that over 881,715 Oregonians have already turned in their ballots", said Secretary of State Dennis Richardson in a press release.

"Every citizen must be able to vote without interference or discrimination and to have that vote counted without it being stolen because of fraud", wrote Minkler.

Mail ballot voters have options when it comes to turning in their ballots for the November 6 Gubernatorial General Election.

The office will be open from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3 and Sunday, Nov. 4 for weekend voting at 5600 Overland Ave., San Diego, 92123 on the County Operation Center campus.

All absentee ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov 6.

Voters can look up their own registration and polling place securely online at http://vote.virginia.gov/. An analysis by the U.S. Elections Project shows Georgia, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey and Tennessee are also at 150 percent of their 2014 early vote turnout or greater.

- In Missouri's St. Louis County, 253 people who recently registered to vote were mistakenly sent letters telling them they were ineligible.
