6 games come to PlayStation Plus in January 2019

All these games have been some of the most popular ones when they rolled out some time ago.

Sony has announced the lineup of free PS Plus games for January 2019. It is an open world sports game where you can explore the mountain and try awesome sports like ski, snowboard, and you can even drop from the mountain in a wingsuit or with a paraglider! The games will be free for download starting 1 January and will last around a month before the games reverts to their original prices. Portal Knights also features cooperative multiplayer gameplay, allowing you to team up with friends to help take down the toughest enemies. Konami's action-shooter Zone of Enders HD Edition and Harmonix's sci-fi, action-rhythm game Amplitude will be free on PS3.

Sony has revealed the free games it will offer its console owners in January 2019. Both games have been improved visually, and have trophy support on PS3. Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion is a side-scrolling action RPG, with players controlling up to four characters at once. The second free Vita title is Super Mutant Alien Assault.

While most companies prefer to introduce new experiences to players, Jutras believes that familiarity- and access to hit games right off the bat on a new platform- make more of a difference.

There are many brand new games that people appreciate, but there have been some other titles that were successful and very popular among gamers.
