Sutherland was arrested Wednesday on one count each of sexual assault and vulnerable adult abuse.

The attorney for the nurse whose DNA was matched with the baby of an incapacitated woman at a long-term health-care facility says there is still no proof his client raped the victim.
He obtained his practical nurse license in 2011 and held it until Thursday's surrender, according to the board of nursing's report.
The Phoenix Police Chief said in a statement that authorities were able to run DNA tests on the baby against DNA collected from Hacienda employees to identify the perpetrator.
Phoenix police say his DNA is a match with the baby the woman delivered last month. Sutherland was booked on one count each of sexual assault and vulnerable adult abuse. "From the minute we first became aware of this crime we have worked virtually nonstop trying to solve and resolve this case".
He declined to speak with police, investigators said.

Sutherland was born in Haiti and he and his sister were adopted from an orphanage and brought to the United States in 1989, reported the Arizona Republic. He apparently has lived in Arizona since 1993. The academy is now closed. They tweeted that a second album was in the works in 2011 but nothing was released.
Hacienda HealthCare did not immediately respond to ABC News' request for comment.
He wanted "to attend more AZ state board of nursing meetings and to continue leadership classes", he wrote.
Two doctors from the Hacienda HealthCare facility have left after an incapacitated patient gave birth.
Court records show that Sutherland was divorced once in 2012, and he has another divorce pending.
His Christian music group, Sleeplessouljaz, rapped inspirational messages in churches and concert halls across the Southwest.
"Nate and T know, understand, and have experienced the less than poor side of life; where you either have a shirt or some used trousers with holes in them to wear (no underwear or shoes) and if you got 1 meal a day, you were considered blessed".
