Glenn Close, who is also vying for best drama actress for her role in "The Wife", was among the few who opted for darker hues and wore a black gown adorned by a diamond ribbon at the neck line. "There are two people here tonight that I'm so grateful they're here for me", Sandra said in her speech, adding in Korean, "Mom, Dad, I love you" with a little bow. "Thank you, Fiji water lady". She won her first Golden Globe award in 2015.

Obviously, her performance quickly snowballed into a new meme that saw Fiji Water Girl superimposed into classic movies and pop culture moments.

Cuthbert is signed to Wilhelmina International in Los Angeles and, according to her website, formally worked with several Canadian modeling agencies, including Toronto-based Plutino and Specs in Montreal.

Naturally, the so-called "Fiji Water Girl" had a fake Twitter account in seconds. "Hi!" Why is she serving water on the red carpet?
