Cardi B deactivates Instagram account after post-Grammys drama

Although it seems Offset is officially back in Cardi B's good graces, his wife's supporters have been slower to accept their reunion.

Cardi B's night, unfortunately, didn't end as smoothly, with the rapper deactivating her Instagram page after posting an impassioned video of herself defending her Grammy win. Khaled shared photos and video from the set at Golden Oak Ranch in Santa Clarita, Calif.

She clutched her rapper husband, Offset, later turning to him: "You husband, thank you". "This shit is risky!"

And if proof were needed of her place in the pop culture pantheon, Cardi B's signature "Okurrrr" call was the centerpiece of Pepsi's latest Super Bowl ad, in which she starred complete with crystal-encrusted manicure.

Offset and Cardi B shared a tongue kiss on the red carpet at the 2019 Grammy Awards on February 10.

An Instagram search for the rapper, who goes by "iamcardib", yields "User not found", the social media platform shows Monday. Number 1 album as well. "Seeing Cardi b win a Grammy make me feel like I won", J. Cole tweeted.

Musgraves, a critically-acclaimed country star, was up against stiff competition for Album of the Year, including Cardi B's Invasion of Privacy, Kendrick Lamar's soundtrack for the blockbuster Black Panther, Drake's Scorpion and folk singer Brandi Carlile's By the Way, I Forgive You. In an apology for the now-deleted tweet, BET said they love Nicki Minaj and have supported her from the very beginning of her career and will continue to do so moving forward.

But she wastes little time on the tribulations of love: the superstar favors the themes of proud women - and money. The two met that night after Cardi had been a fan for years.

If Cardi had been thinking about her wardrobe malfunction after her performance, we doubt she had it on her mind for too long.
