Video shows man abducting woman in Miami police say

Witnesses say the man from the car hit the woman about 20 times before forcing her into the car

On Sunday afternoon, authorities sent out an update, saying the woman had been found safe and in "good condition", though detectives will continue to investigate the case.

- The Miami Police Department says that they are searching for a woman who was abducted on Friday night. "Then he put her in the driver's seat, he hit her 20 more times with the door".

She was visibly distressed when the male figure dragged her out of the workshop and into the White Nissan Altima.

Police said the woman walked up to the business crying, telling employees she was trying to hide from a man and asking them to call 911.

The man's arms appeared to be clasped around the distressed woman's chest as he dragged her towards the auto.

"It appears that in the video, he has his arms wrapped around her neck as he forces her inside the vehicle", Miami Police officer Kiara Delva said, describing the possible abduction, according to WTVJ. She is described as being in her mid-20s to early 30s, and is between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall. The footage shows a man bundling a woman into a white vehicle, believed to be a Nissan Altima. We need to apprehend this individual. Miami police commander Freddie Cruz characterized the footage of the incident as "very disturbing" in a statement released on social media.

The assailant's auto had a temporary license plate attached to it, with the partial tag of either "CFJ7", or "CFF7".
