The 21-year-old has been best friends with Kardashian's sister Kylie Jenner since the two young women were middle school and has often been treated and marketed as an extended member of the family.

She's worth an estimated $1 billion, Forbes said, and unseated the previous record holder, Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg, who hit the milestone when he was 23.

She told the financial publication: 'I didn't expect anything. But (the recognition) feels really good.

With her Kylie Cosmetics business, Kylie made the magazine's ranking for richest people of 2019, and the billionaires list for the first time. "She grew up in a wealthy, famous family".

There are now eight billionaires who are younger than 30, according to Forbes' list. Jenner ascended to the throne so quickly thanks in part to a partnership between her cosmetics brand, Kylie Cosmetics, and mega-makeup retailer Ulta, which now carries the reality star's products. Kylie is now a mere 21 and is already a self-made billionaire.

According to the outlet, she tied for fifth place with Jay-Z, who is also estimated to have a $900 million net worth. She started her business with Kylie Cosmetics in the year 2015 and still happens to be the soul owner of the cosmetics range.

"My parents told me I needed to make my own money, it's time to learn how to save and spend your own money, stuff like that", she said, adding, "What I'm trying to say is I did have a platform, but none of my money is inherited".

Judging from social media posts, Woods was NOT at the party, further cementing the idea that she has really, fully been cut out of the K-fam loop. "I honestly don't wake up even thinking about it".
