Kelly additionally spoke on claims he holds women hostage in his home for, what many have called, his sex cult.
Alison Motta, the attorney for Kelly's ex-wife, would only confirm that the ex-wife did not appear at the hearing.
Kelly has pleaded not guilty to the 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse that he faces.
The child support hearing comes after a judge found last month that the "I Believe I Can Fly" singer owed more than $150,000 in child support to his ex-wife, Drea Kelly and the deadline to pay the money was Wednesday.
Under terms of his 2009 divorce, Kelly must pay $20,000 a month in child support, but stopped making the required payments in the spring, reports CBS Chicago. Kelly called his accusers liars and alleged that people are after him for his money.
Kelly, who didn't say anything audible, pulled off the shades as he walked into Judge Lori Rosen's courtroom on the lower level of the Daley Center. 'I have been assassinated'.
At one point during the interview, Kelly angrily stood up and started pacing, his voice breaking as he yelled: "I didn't do this stuff!" This is not me!' "It's real. And I've known guys all my life who've had five or six women, so don't go there on me, 'cause that's the truth".
The young woman that he was referring to is now 23 years old, but she has been living with the star since she was 19, along with another girl, 21, year old Azriel Clary.
Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage want you to leave them alone. He had previously been out on bond after spending four days in jail on charges of sexual abuse. Cook County prosecutors charged him in 2002 with child pornography, saying he made a sex tape with his teenage goddaughter, but a jury acquitted him in a sensational trial in 2008. Kelly repeatedly denied allegations against him during an interview this week that, at times, got heated.
In 2002 he was criminally charged for allegedly filming himself having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
As part of his current case, Kelly is forbidden from having any contact with females younger than 18.
Kelly, who is out on bail following his February 22 arrest in Chicago, said earlier in the interview that he had done "lots of things wrong" in relationships with women, but said he has apologized.
Savage's lawyer on Wednesday also disputed Kelly's assertions that they had handed over or sold Jocelyn.
When asked if he likes younger women, he replied, "I'm a older man that love all women".
