MacKenzie will become the fourth richest woman in the world once her divorce has been finalised.
However, MacKenzie transferred all of her voting rights to her former husband, and she has also given up her interests in the Washington Post newspaper and Jeff' space travel firm, Blue Origin.
Once the divorce is complete, MacKenzie Bezos will be the 23rd richest person the world. That net worth places her third on the female billionaires list behind L'Oréal heiress Françoise Bettencourt Meyers ($46.5 billion) and Walmart heiress Alice Walton ($41.5 billion).
In her first and only tweet, MacKenzie announced the settlement and said that she is "Grateful for the past as [she] look [s] forward to what comes next".
"Happy to be giving him all of my interests in the Washington Post and Blue Origin, and 75% of our Amazon stock plus voting control of my shares to support his continued contributions with the teams of these incredible companies", MacKenzie Bezos said.
'It means more than you know. She has been an extraordinary partner, ally, and mother.
"She is resourceful and brilliant and loving, and as our futures unroll, I know I'll always be learning from her", he said.
The divorce between her and Jeff Bezos will bring an end to their marriage of 25 years.
MacKenzie, who has written two books, met Bezos after she graduated from Princeton University.
The New York Post also revealed that Bezos and Sanchez had agreed to remain apart until both of their divorces were settled but remain in love and are planning a future together. The separation quickly turned into a media firestorm after the National Enquirer claimed to have evidence that Jeff Bezos was "whisking his mistress off to exotic destinations on his $65 million private jet".
Gavin de Becker said that he had concluded his investigation into the publication of leaked text messages between Bezos and former TV host Lauren Sanchez in the National Enquirer magazine in January.
They are asking for joint custody of their two children, and neither is asking for child or spousal support.
