He starred in live-action Disney movies, including The Apple Dumpling Gang with Don Knotts and The Shaggy D.A.

Conway won three Emmy awards for acting on the Burnett show and a fourth as a writer in the 1960s and '70s. The cast included Harvey Korman, Vicki Lawrence and Lyle Waggoner.

Comedic actor Tim Conway has passed away at the age of 85. "I had the pleasure of knowing him", wrote Larry King. They also co-starred on "Carol Burnett & Company" and a revival of the original "Carol Burnett Show" in 1991.

She quipped that she should have had "some investment in Depends, because nobody could be with Tim and keep a straight face", particularly Burnett and Conway's co-star Harvey Korman, who died in 2008. "Carol, my friend, my hand in yours as you miss him", tweeted Jamie Lee Curtis. I cherish the times we had together both on the screen and off. He played Ensign Charles Parker on McHale's Navy for that show's four-season run and led his own eponymous series before guest-starring with Burnett's troupe in 1975 and eventually joining the show as a series regular.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, please donate to The Lou Ruvo Brain Center at the Cleveland Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Conway is survived by his wife of 35 years, his stepdaughter, his six biological children and his two granddaughters, according to Fox8.com.
