Carrion Announced For Console During Devolver Digital E3 Conference

It all sounds a bit like something that would come from Amanita Design, the studio that made Samorost and Botanicula, and they're actually listed as inspirations for the project. Although the format was different, the jokes stayed relevant and topical, delivering hearty laughs at a good rate. The trailer takes place in a tropical setting, showing off a montage of ninja-slicing platforming action in a series of new levels and boss battles.

While no release date was given, Carrion is expected to release next year in 2020.

Devolver Bootleg contains eight "bootlegged" versions of Devolver Digital games, including: Enter The Gun Dungeon, Hotline Milwaukee, Ape Out Jr, Shootyboots, Super Absolver Mini: Turbo Fighting Championship, Catsylvania, PikuBiku Ball Stars and Luftrousers.

You can download this hilarious indie game compilation on Steam right this second, as the game is available now.

"We can't say we even know what we are doing anymore", Devolver Digital announced. This "reverse horror experience" sees the player controlling a bloody blob, hunting down scientists and other prey.

The pixelated horror title can be played on PC and major consoles when it releases sometime in 2020.

Far from being just twenty minutes of comedy and insanity, though there was plenty of that, Devolver's presentation included plenty of game announcements, with a few surprises included.

That's not to say there weren't any big games on display. A Devolver Direct, if you will. The Picnic Panic expansion will launch July 11th on Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PC.
