In a statement to WJAX, the All About Kids & Families Medical Center, where the incident took place, said they were notified that "a patient had violated our trust with behavior that is inconsistent with the practices and standards that we uphold and expect at our facility".

And prior to being locked up in Duval County jail, she told News4Jax: 'I was just being silly with my kids.
Ward said she has received death threats for the video. It was later taken down.
Ward defended herself and her 10-year-old daughter in a lengthy Facebook post earlier this week before deleting her account.
"The video doesn't show that the items were thrown away or anything else that happened", her explanation continued. She also claimed that she had not intended for the video to be part of an internet "challenge or whatever", and that one of her "20-something friends" must have "allowed another person to video" record the Snapchat video she sent.
'I didn't post it on Facebook or YouTube as a challenge or whatever'.
The medical center released a statement saying it has removed all materials from the room in the video and sanitized the entire facility.
She faces a felony charge of tampering with a consumer product without regard for possible death or bodily injury, according to local station News Channel 8.
She is being held without bond and was due in court Friday morning. The hospital confirmed that the video depicts her room for inspection. "I'm very embarrassed", he said.
Another hand is then seen removing one depressor from the container.
