Report: Kevin Hart Suffers ‘Major’ Injuries In L.A. Car Crash

Kevin Hart Injured In Malibu Car Crash

Actor-comedian Kevin Hart and two others were involved in a vehicle crash in Calabasas, California early Sunday, according to a California Highway Patrol incident report. The Barracuda swerved off the road in the Malibu Hills off the Mulholland Highway.

"Two of the three occupants were trapped inside", the CHP said.

Police told the United States outlet Mr Black and Ms Broxterman were pinned in their seats until firefighters cut the crushed roof from the vehicle.

The blue Plymouth Barracuda, a muscle auto that Hart called "Menace", was his 40th birthday present to himself (he celebrated the milestone on July 6).

He and his driver reportedly suffered "major back injuries", but a woman in the vehicle was not seriously hurt. After making his way to his home, Hart reportedly sought treatment at a local hospital.

Police said that a member of Hart's security team came to the scene and drove the actor to his home nearby to get "medical attention" before being taken to hospital.

Police said the driver had not been drinking.

Kevin Hart sustained major injuries in a auto accident up in the Malibu area this weekend.

One of Kevin Hart's classic muscle cars got into a vehicle accident that ultimately landed the actor in the hospital. Another person was behind the wheel and also suffered serious injuries.
