It's been a little over year since Harry Styles wrapped up his tour in support of his debut solo album and told fans that he was "off to write some more music".

Harry Styles has released the first single from his new album.

One fan asked: 'Harry Styles had the AUDACITY to just release a freaking single after 3 years of nothing while I'm ASLEEP and expect me to be OKAY? In it, he's mostly shirtless and dancing in the middle of a throng of sweaty guys and girls.

He had teased his comeback with cryptic tweets, and billboards with the words "Do you know who you are?" had started popping up in London and NY.

In the September Issue of Rolling Stone, Styles explained that his upcoming album is "all about having sex and feeling sad".

The brand new music is Types' first new music in two years, and it premiered because the clock struck midnight on the east coast of the U.S. this morning (October 11).

At the time of the premiere, over 190,000 people were watching the Lights Up video live. "We'd do mushrooms, lie down on the grass, and listen to Paul McCartney's Ramin the sunshine".

One fan called Styles "definitely god", while another joked that the former One Direction singer "is the only man allowed to have rights". So I was trying to sing with all this blood gushing out of my mouth. "I'm sorry by the way, I'm never coming around. Because I also think if we went back to doing things the same way, it wouldn't be the same, anyway".
