Monsters and Critics reported that Wilson and Hanks were diagnosed with coronavirus while visiting Australia where Tom was shooting a movie about Elvis Presley.

Wilson and Hanks were filming UNVISLED ELVIS BIOPIC by Baz Luhrmann in Australia when the couple tested positive for the virus. Hanks also stressed the importance of self-isolation amid the coronavirus epidemic.

Almost two weeks after being diagnosed with coronavirus, the 63-year-old actress took to Instagram to share how she's been passing the time while in quarantine.

Last week, their son, Chet Hanks, posted a video on social media saying his parents were doing well and had left the hospital. He explained that although they'd experienced symptoms including a fever, body aches and chills, that they were self-isolating and being well taken care of.

"Tom being in a - I suppose - a high-risk category, while being on set on a film, came out immediately, which was the right thing to do, 100 percent", Elba told Oprah Winfrey, according to USA Today. "We'll keep the world posted and updated", he added, along with a photo of a surgical glove placed inside a biohazard trash bag. This is the time to cancel plans, actually truly isolate as much as you can and don't assume that because you don't feel sick that you aren't possibly passing something on to someone elderly or vulnerable to this.
